The 33rd International Exhibition of Agriculture, Food Industries, Machinery, and Related Industries – Iran Agrofood 2026 will be held from May 19 to May 22, 2026, by Palar Samaneh Company in collaboration with its international partners, under license No. 3948/320/1402 issued by the Trade Promotion Organization of Iran, and with the cooperation of the Iran International Exhibitions Company, for the 33rd consecutive year. The exhibition will host both domestic and international participants at the Tehran Permanent International Fairground.

Required Documents and Registration Procedures for the Domestic Section of Iran Agrofood 2026:
1. Required Documents for Rial and Foreign Currency Assessment (For Domestic Section Applicants)
To be eligible to participate in the domestic section of the exhibition and to receive a user registration code for online booth allocation, submission of the following documents to the organizing committee before the start of the online booth allocation is mandatory:
Valid Operation License, Industrial Activity Certificate, or Production License (Mandatory)
Workshop Identification Card or Production Guild License (for smaller workshops)
Manufacturing License and Health Permit
Trademark (Brand) Registration Certificate for the products
Standards Certification: Submission of a valid Iran National Standard Certificate and/or recognized international standards for the products
Catalogs and Brochures: Physical copy or digital file of product and service catalogs intended to be presented at the exhibition (Mandatory)
Copy of the CEO’s National ID Card (Mandatory)
2. Administrative Documents and Forms
- Initial Registration: Submit the initial application through the registration system available on the Iran Agrofood website.
Participation Commitment Form: Signed and stamped form acknowledging and committing to the exhibition rules and regulations.
Representative Introduction: Designate an authorized representative responsible for registration in the initial application form (including valid phone number and email address).
Payment Documents: Proof of booth fee payment (to be submitted after document approval and booth allocation).
3. Participation in the Foreign Currency Section (International Section)
If the company’s activities involve trading, representing foreign companies, importing, selling, or providing foreign goods and services in any form, applicants are required to submit the following:
Request Letter in English (to be sent via email to the exhibition organizing committee)
Valid Representation Documents from the parent foreign company
Important Note
Applicants who fail to submit their application through the exhibition system on time, or do not provide the required documents to the organizing committee and obtain approval before the start of online booth allocation, will not be issued a user ID and password, which are necessary for accessing the registration system and online booth allocation.
Applicants wishing to participate in the domestic section must submit their initial application by completing the relevant form for inclusion in the exhibition’s database.
Important Notes Regarding Registration
The announcement of fees and the start of the registration process for applicants wishing to participate in the domestic section of Iran Agrofood 2026 will begin soon. Applicants who do not submit the required documents to the organizing committee and obtain approval before the official online registration period will not be issued a user ID and password, which are necessary to access the registration system and participate in online booth allocation.
It is noteworthy that, considering the diversity of product groups, the large number of applicants, and the extensive scope of Iran Agrofood 2026, booth allocation and initial reservation for domestic participants in the Rial section will be conducted online. This measure aims to facilitate and expedite booth allocation and enhance the convenience of participants.
